For the last 13 years, Red Tree Builders has been a favorite builder in Asheville, North Carolina. My name is Brandon Bryant. I am the president and owner at Red Tree. I started the company because of my vision to build homes that enhance the lives of the families that live in them as well as the surrounding community.

By specializing in custom crafted, eco-luxury and green built mountain homes, the Red Tree Builders team is always mindful to ensure that the homes we build are both sustainable and works of art.

Red Tree Builders has been focusing on “legacy building” in Asheville since 2006. Our goal is to create a legacy of well built, sustainable and healthy homes that last for generations along with supporting a sustainable future for homebuilding in the area.

Quality Home Creation

The Red Tree mission is to masterfully craft homes that are artistic, sustainable and innovative. We hope that the care and mindfulness with which we develop our homes can become a staple for upcoming builders in Asheville.

School Partnerships

We aim to cultivate a lasting legacy for the future of home builders. As president of the Asheville Home Builders Association (AHBA) for the last two years, Brandon has made efforts towards adding in a workforce development team. His vision is for the AHBA to team up with and visit elementary to college-level schools, and speak to these soon-to-be professionals about how rewarding a career in building can be.

Internship Programs

We've developed our own internship program within the company to support both students and the future of home building in Asheville. For the past few years, we’ve been providing internships to students from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College, Western Carolina University and Mars Hill University. This coming January, we will be bringing on our fourth student intern.

Women’s Advocacy

Currently, we directly employ more women than men, from Brandon’s wife, to the project manager, Ashley, to our two interior designers. We aim to battle the discrepancy between men and women in the workforce by demonstrating and advocating for a more balanced way.

About Red Tree Builders: Brandon and his wife were born and raised in the Asheville area. They both feel a very deep connection to the city and appreciate the community they’ve grown up in. They is why they and the Red Tree team hopes to create a legacy that’s bigger than just the homes. It’s about the future of sustainable and quality home building and the well-being of the community nestled within the Blue Ridge Mountains.
