Many times clients may not be able to find exactly what they are looking for, maybe building a home is an option for them. We offer your clients expert guidance through the home building journey through our pre-construction design process. 

At Red Tree Builders we have a simple referral program for realtors in the area whose clients haven’t found exactly what they are looking for. So, how does it work? First, you contact us when you have a qualified lead for building or major renovation, then we will work together to coordinate a meeting with your client. We will work together to identify your client’s homesite if they do not already have one. Your client will work with our design team on house plans, finishes, and budget. 

Once we sign a construction contract it’s your choice - receive the fee at the beginning or the end of the build. We offer these two options for payment so that you can select whichever you want. It’s that simple! 

What is a qualified lead?

All projects must be within Buncombe or surrounding counties and must be in excess of $500,000 to build, not including land purchase.
