Asheville's builder and board member of the Asheville Home Builders Association Brandon Bryant of Red Tree Builders was awarded Professional Builder 40 Under 40 awards. This year’s young superstars of home building, named as 40 Under 40 winners by the editors of Professional Builder, have already achieved incredible success in their work lives, so it’s not surprising that their backstories are amazing as well.

More than half of the association’s builder members in 2013 (the most recent year for which data is available) were 55 years of age or older. And only 19 percent of the remaining half were younger than 45 years old.

Professional Builder 40 Under 40 awards Each year since starting the program in 2011, Professional Builder has received more and more nominations and the entrants become more and more accomplished.
